Car 2

Car 1 is a 2004 Ford Expedition. It is equipped with a 4.5 MSA Air Tank, an Automated External Defibrilator, Fully Stocked Airway and Trauma Bags and a Set of Irons. This vehicle was purchased to be used as a "First on Scene" command vehicle. The initial cost of the unit was about $18,000.

 

Rescue 7 is a 2005 Chevrolet ¾ ton Suburban. This unit is powered by a GM 5.4 Litre gasoline engine with an automatic transmission. It is equipped with an Automated External Defibrillator (AED), backboard, Adult and Pediatric Hare Traction Splints, Oxygen, KED Extrication Device, Frac Pack, Stair Chair, fully stocked Airway and Trauma Bags. This unit is also equipped with a full LED and Strobe lighting package. The initial cost of the unit was about $46,000.

 

Squad 10 is a 2000 E-One Utility Truck, mounted on a Ford F-450 chassis. This unit is powered by a Ford Diesel engine with an automatic transmission, and has a 12000 lb winch. It is equipped with a Portable Wildland Firefighting Pump. This truck is also equipped with scene lights, 2 MSA SCBAs, and a 3500 watt generator. The initial cost of the unit was about $110,000

 

 

Rescue Pump 9 is a 2004, American LaFrance Rescue Pumper powered by a Detroit 8V92TA, 450 horsepower Diesel engine with an Allison HT-740 automatic transmission. This unit is equipped with a 1000 gallon water tank, 1500 gpm pump and has 3 cross lays, 1 quick attack line mounted on the front bumper, 400 feet of 2 ½ hose on the rear lay, as well as 1200 feet of 4 inch large diameter supply line. It is also equipped with an Automated External Defibrillator (AED), 6 MSA SCBAs, an MSA Thermal Imaging Camera, a complement of 3 gas powered Rescue saws, and a 6,000-watt light tower powered by a WINCO 10,000-watt generator. This unit carries a full complement of Hurst Rescue Tools, a full set of Vetter Rescue Airbags, Cribbing, and all the equipment necessary for Vehicle Rescue and Extrication, as well as Firefighting. The body is painted red and white with a white scotchlite stripe. The initial cost of the unit was about $265,000.

 

Engine 8 is a 1992 Leverne Engine, mounted on a Ford 6000 chassis. It is powered by a Detroit 360 horsepower Diesel engine with an Allison automatic transmission. This unit is equipped with a 500 gallon water tank, 1250 gpm pump, and has 3 cross lays. 1000 feet of 4 inch large diameter supply line, as well as a 55 foot LTI Aerial. This unit is used primarily for fire calls. It is equipped with 4 MSA SCBAs, 24 & 35 foot ladders, and a 10 foot attic ladder. The unit carries a full complement of firefighting equipment including a high rise pack, ventilation fans, a chimney kit, and assorted hand tools. The body is painted red and white with a white scotchlite stripe. The initial cost of the unit was about $160,000

Special Operations 11 is a 2008 utility trailer equipped with a 6000 psi Onboard Cascade System and is capable of filling SCBA bottles on the scene. This unit will be used both to fill our bottles after training and calls; or anytime we are called upon to assist a neighboring Department.
